（中央社記者龍珮寧台北11日電）南韓11日確診一名孕婦感染MERS，且還是前後歷經3次採檢才確診。國內專家表示，孕婦是MERS高危險群，理論上有可能垂直感染給胎兒，值得後續密切關注。

南韓保健福祉部今通報14例中東呼吸症候群（MERS）新增病例，確診患者擴增至122人，是沙烏地阿拉伯以外疫情最大規模的地區，其中包括1名40歲的懷孕婦女在內。

「孕婦感染MERS屬全球少見，胎兒是否會垂直感染仍值得觀察及研究」感染症專家、台大醫學院小兒科教授黃立民說，有50%的MERS確診患者的血液中測得到病毒，若血液內有病毒，理論上就可透過血液傳染給小孩，不過這仍無法證實。

黃立民說，寶寶出生後，主治醫師就會觀察小孩是否垂直感染，若有則症狀如何，病毒量多少、如何治療等，這也能提供國際研究重要的訊息。

疾病管制署防疫醫師羅一鈞說，從2012年有MERS疫情至今，中東地區生產模式以居家生產為主，非到醫院婦產科，因此文獻上只有1名約旦懷孕5個月的孕婦感染病例，在感染後自然流產，而孕婦本身屬輕症且痊癒。

羅一鈞分析SARS當時的孕婦感染情況指出，孕婦是呼吸衰竭的高風險族群，且發生流產、早產、死產等併發症的風險也比較高。在SARS期間，全球共通報15名孕婦染SARS病例，12例是香港孕婦，其中25%死亡、57%自發性流產，其他是順產，沒有任何一例遭到垂直感染。

他說，不過MERS至今資料不足，只能推論孕婦羅患MERS可能也是高風險群。

羅一鈞表示，目前掌握，南韓這名孕婦情況穩定，但怕影響胎兒，可能不會使用部分有助減輕症狀的藥物，但總體而言，還不用過度擔心。1040611
