蘋果2015年全球開發者大會（WWDC）於台灣時間9日凌晨在舊金山登場，會中發表iOS 9、OS X 10.11 El Capitan、watchOS 2及Apple Music。其中，Apple Music是蘋果新推出的音樂串流服務，每月收費9.99美元，除了可以享受無限制串流的iTunes音樂，還有真人製作音樂選擇的網路電台。

蘋果在年度開發者大會主題演講中，發表iOS 9、OS X 10.11 El Capitan以及watchOS 2作業系統。其中，iOS 9加強了搜尋與語音功能，還可延長電池續航力1小時，此外iOS 9也增添許多功能多元的新版App。

針對Mac OS作業系統，蘋果則推出OS X 10.11 El Capitan版本更新，加入Mission Control讓Mac也有便利的分割視窗功能，以及新增Metal支援，使用者效能方面，網頁開啟速度將提升1.4倍、PDF文件開啟速度則快4倍，預計今年秋天供消費者免費更新。

此外，蘋果也針對Apple Watch推出watchOS 2。往後，使用者可利用Siri開啟指定App、選擇相簿照片來自訂桌布、新增行事曆功能、可播放影片、使用Facetime視訊等功能；新增Nightstand模式，Apple Watch充電時變身為鬧鐘，Digital Crown變成停止按鈕。

蘋果此次的開發者大會壓軸則是推出Apple Music，內容包括結合原有iTunes的音樂串流服務、24小時不間斷的全球化網路電台、提供使用者與歌手互動的平台Connect、用戶可透過Siri操作Apple Music播放音樂等功能。

Apple Music預計6月30日隨iOS 8.4推出，首次加入會員可享前3個月免費試聽；往後每人每月訂閱費用9.99美元（約台幣30元），另提供「家庭套餐」，可供6人同時使用，費用為14.99美元（約台幣450元）。
